Clusiv AI provides an AI-powered business communication suite, including but not limited to:

• AI Lead Qualification & Engagement
• Automated Appointment Scheduling
• Unified Inbox (SMS, Email)
• CRM & Pipeline Management

3. User Accounts & Security

• 3.1.You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• 3.2.You may not use another user's account without explicit permission.
• 3.3.Clusiv AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

• 5.1.Non-Refundable: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
• 5.2.Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service at any time with at least 30 days prior notice.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clusiv AI and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Clusiv AI.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clusiv AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
